Fagor gas water heater

Hi,
My Fagor Gas Water Heater keeps showing eithe error F1 or Error F3. I have lost the manuel & the plumber has not heard of the boiler so can't get the manuel, does anyone know the error codes or where I can get a new manuel pls?
