fast recovery unvented cylinders

I need a fast recovery unvented cylinder for a job, 250L and I want it to have 28mm hot and cold connections. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Won’t get 28mm In 250l so will have to be custom made 400l comes with 28mm ports

I have definitely had one in the past with either 28mm or 1" BSP connections for hot and cold. I just cant for the life of me remember who made it!

What cylinders are best for fast recovery also? Ideally looking for one with a coil rating of at least 20kw.

Tbh most come with a coil rating around 20kw had a 210l with an 18kw coil gledhill
