Hi, we visited a property with this boiler recently installed. Customer said that installer couldn't find the fault and they had even had an Ideal engineer out who as always said it was the pipework that was responsible for the fault. We changed the main circuit pipework and flushed the system out to ensure that there was no blockages. We fitted a new pump to the system as old pump was quite lazy. System has worked perfectly for 8 weeks without even a hitch. However, customer called yesterday to say that it had become faulty. Spent a considerable amount of time 3 hours trying to find the fault to no avail.
Boiler cycles through but keeps starting then stopping then restarting etc. Temp differential is an issue flow temp is 80' and return is only 40' at best. Can anyone shed any light on this as we have almost exhausted all options
Thanks in advance
