Hi all, would like a bit of advice regarding a fault that has developed on our "Triton Jade 2" electric shower.
Basically, I cannot turn the shower off using the on/off switch on the shower.
(power light still on and hot water continues to flow).
When the power is turned off at the main switch outside the bathroom door, the water still continues to flow.
Ive had to dive up into the loft and shut the valve off.
If anyone has any thoughts or pointers, I would very much appreciate it.

Well sounds like the solinoid isolation valve in shower is shot and requires replacing, ring Triton up and they will send to your door
Unusual fault as usually otherway round and will not open, you may have some rubbish stuck in the valve proventing it closing correctly, you could check that first, make sure filter fitted to inlet pipework to provent this happening again
