Hi

I am a member of the Fed small Business from a previous business. I am now training to be a gas engineer, and am trying to decide whether to renew my membership. I am not planning to have any staff, so there are no employment issues!

Has anyone heating/gas engineers found the FSB to be of benefit to their business?

Many thanks

My mate has recently joined I believe for the legal aspect dont know otherwise, but good luck :)

I've been considering it as well, so would be good to know if it's worth it. Anyone?

We joined, and the FSB are fab in our opinion. free banking, cheap insurance and you can pick up a phone and get legal advice. No more arguing with sticky customers, the FSB will give you the FACTS.

Well worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Worst experience we had : guild of master craftsmen. Bloke rang up, trying to get us to sign up. He gave some speech about us being a reputable, quality firm, and when I asked him about us, he knew nothing. Zero credibility but sadly the public get duped into thinking the paid for van sticker is some mark of quality or audit.

It just aint.

The FSB do things for you, it's not about creating some false image.

Some of our installers are members too and all swear by them.
