Had this boiler 3 years , nothing but problems , 3 leaks in side burner chamber , dripped on pump & blew eletrics , tennet lost service book , they won't attened , and when they do turn up , they send a agent with a attitude who also don't like ferroli , & want to charge me £140.00 just to have a look ,, changing it for a valiant tomorrow
