Could someone help.
my ferroli 701 combi was disconnected from the electric supply over night and now I appear to have a low gas flow, when a call for hot water to tap or heating is made the main burner flames come on very low and the pilot light shrinks and then the flames die away.
Is the gas valve sticking and if so why? and can I do any thing about it other than replacing the gas valve.
Thanks for any help

Thanks, sounds like a good idea just wondering if its worth repairing as its such an old combi. If it is the gas valve it would probably cost a fortune and everyone seems rushed off their feet at the moment.

Problem solved. Relay 4 (the fan relay) on the circuit board was the problem, burnt contacts.
The fan was not running correctly.
