Ferroli f30b leaking through secondary heat exchanger o rings

Hi went out to f30b ferroli boiler leaking through o ring connections on secondary heat exchanger.
Was gonna replace o rings but thought I,d ask the question first to see if anyone had experienced this and there maybe another underlying problem rather than just old o rings. boiler only 2 years old.I had packed connections out to get the boiler through Xmas as parts centre was closed.Lasted 4 or 5 days customer has reported leaks reappeared S o was gonna renew o rings.?

common fault,clean up connections,re fit with silicone grease and new o rings if it still leaks bulk out the o rings with ptfe welcome to the world of crap boilers

Thanks Gas. Cleaned up connections and ptfe d last time so once get O rings will re do and fingers crossed sort problem then... Cheers Si if not just boil my head lol

if not change the combi you will be doing them a favour sometimes these o rings give up with no warning and soak the pcb,killing it dead also the recuperater (or secondary he) bursts and chucks water down the condensate pipe a terrible boiler IMHO
