Ferroli Hawk Gas Valve

How's it going? Went to a customers house last night to see the dreadful Ferroli Hawk... Pilot wouldn't stay lit. Checked overheat, aps, replaced thermocouple, but no success, good pilot flame, so it looks like a new gas valve req'd, but this will be the 3rd gas valve for the boiler in the last year?! Anyone else been having problems with these gas valves?
