tried to get a wiring loom for this boiler told by parts centre it is obsolete, boiler is under 10 years old are the manufacturers not meant to carry spares for the first 10 years?

Yeah the law states that spares must be available for a minimum period of 10 years.

Try a different supplier?

What 'law'? has government sat in parliament discussing boiler spares and come up with a majority vote in favour of 10 yrs? lol .... These are Italians anyhoo's I doubt they give a fluff :)

I'd agree, try somewhere else, or advise on replacement!

Had to replace a 4 year old one if these as it had melted the combustion chamber....the silly sausage complained to ferroli and they then managed to sell him an optimax! !!!! I did try and warn him
....some people dont learn!!

I thought that was the case, I was wrong. I've just looked in to it further and it seems that only 'British Gas Service Listed' boilers have to meet this requirement and it doesn't look like the Ferroli is one of them.
