ferroli modena replacement

HI new to this site , we have a old ferroli modena 80e and its been nothing but trouble , our plumber has suggested a valiant but we are open to suggestions and wondered if there was a direct replacement many thanks for any advice

Intergas, less bits to go wrong or the latest ferrolli works on a similar principle,

You can't go wrong with a Vaillant really. My bug with them (apart from they try to steal your customers) is the user controls, for a younger person it is ok but if you put it in someone's house who is a technophobe then they are no good as you have to go through a menu to change temperatures.

For value for money though I like Baxi duotec good boilers cheaper than Vaillant easier controls.

I've never worked on an intergas so can't really comment on them but there are a couple on here really rate them. Flaming ugly boiler though so make sure it's hidden!

Vaillant or a Worcester CLASSIC. I've binned 3 year old Ferrolis because they can't be bothered importing parts like manifolds. Ideal Logics seem popular and I've not repaired much more than a flow switch on those so far. Alphas leak, Vokeras....... well we won't go there.

you need to get out and look at women, not boilers steve, unless you fancy the old boiler sort of woman, then I advice going back to your boiler **** site
