I've got a problem with a Ferroli Optimax 31c. uke:
The heating side is fine but the customer is only getting hot water under some very specific circumstances
1. The heating must be off
2. The cold water inlet valve has to be turned to limit the flow into the boiler.
I initially thought this might be due to a faulty diverter valve motor and replacing this made a small amount of difference.
Does anyone have any ideas - was thinking it must be a flow meter problem but don't understand why the flow has to be very low for the boiler to light
Would appreciate any ideas that you may have.
cheers
David
