Ferrolli Modena 102 CH Out Pipe

Hi everyone, I just need your advice and guidance as I'm stuck.

Called out to leaking boiler last night, Ferrolli Modena 102. I've attached pictures below. the CH out pipe - fitting was attached via a plastic clip and cable ties by (Some Guy). I've disconnect power and gas supply and made safe. Now how should I tackle this, the family cannot afford a new boiler.

Some advice please.

Apologies I don't post here all the time but the knowledge and advice I gain viewing the much apperciated.

It looks like it's only missing the spring clip to hold the pipe in place ( clips over brass bit and copper pipe

Any ideas on where to source them?

Any decent spares merchant should have them

Main merchants have nothing in stock till next week . Should there be a washer between the copper and brass.

P.s tell them to start putting money away each month so you can rip that POS off the wall asap

Be lucky if main parts dealer got one on shelf, may be quicker to buy from ferrolli, and get new 'O' ring, these can be a arse to match, so make sure its a manufacture part probably got part No in installation book

I know for certain that a clip holds it in place but it looks like the o ring isn't seated inside properly. It may have had a new main heat exchanger at some point and the installer couldn't get it to sit back in as it should so left the clip out. They are a pain to get in. I would say it might take up to 3 hours if you are quoting for repair

A late reply, but thank you all for your advice. O ring wasn't sitting right, (replaced) and new clip was attached.
