working on an old potterton famingo

getting a high ration ie above .008
gas rated within spec
burner pressure within spec
cleaned out heat exchanger etc
still getting a high reading.
no carbon sooting etc no spilling ,
looked clean even though not touched/serviced in years,
could problem be due to not getting flue probe , 20 cm up beyond draught diverter.
any suggestions/tips welcome.
 
on old appliances i don,t use a FGA, pressures, gas rate and visual.
 
i start doing part of service/ landlord/install/any boiler work actually CO in the boiler room
 
What were you actual co2 and O2 co readings
