Hi, newbie here, but have been on site loads for info!!
Question, I want to move boiler filling loop from under worktop to above.WHY cos I struggle to get up and down on my knees!! Thought by having loop nearer the boiler I could check pressure easier, rather than getting up and down. Boiler is a vaillant eco tec28 about 18months old and in a utility room so loop postion isn't really a prob.

If you need to check often, then you have one of two problems.

1------- leak on system ? Solution. Fix leak, or get leak fixed.:hand:

2------- OCD and no leak? Solution. Leave filling loop alone and. Stop checking pressure.:hand:

Boiler will display pressure on the LCD screen with touch of a button? As said though if you have a leak get it fixed as fresh water all the time is like giving your kids chocolate because they are tired....... Messy and ends in tears.

thanks guys, just moved in, always had conventional boiler, so combi is new to me. just wanted to check things out. All seems easier. No leaks, touch wood, but ocd says keep checking pressure!! Need to move couple of rads soon, but that is a different question!!
