Hello,

One of the black levers on my filling loop under the boiler has stopped working (when I turn it it's not opening the valve and no sound of water coming through). I think I just need to unscrew the black lever and fit a new one, but I can't seem to find one when I search online. I've tried searching for 'valve head', 'valve lever', 'valve tap'. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I've added a photo here, it's the black one around center of the picture: Valve head filling loop

Thanks
Martin

If you need pressure in your boiler now though, you can remove the black head and turn the valve underneath using some pliers or an adjustable spanner.

You could also remove the filling loop and replace with top up mate from flow flex so you never have to worry about pressure again. Sorry @Rob Foster, beat you to it :p

If you need to use it today then remove the Black handle and you might find a square end on the shaft you can grip and turn.

Typing at same time I guess

As above depends on type and would probably need to replace it, until then you might have a hot washing machine valve under sink not in use and they Levers fit some
