this is one for all you boiler technicians ;;; how do you guys test fire valves? Has anyone bought the keprotec safety valve tester? Is it worth the dosh @ £300?

Or what is the alternative?

£300 for a device to heat fire valve phials. You gotta be kidding.

I use a plug in water heater with adjustable thermostat and thermometer.
 
kettle even though Oftec have banned us using it, but can make nice cuppa at the same time
