Just checking a couple of jobs, checking you know what you are doing and that you are working safely. Cups of tea, little chat. It will be over before you know it mate.
 
Mine got me to gas rate a radiant fire, cheeky bugger went and turned on the gas oven to see if i'd notice; I did.
