hello,

I have a stupid question about regulations. Is it legal to fit a filling loop using compression fittings? I replaced all radiators in my house, soldered a few pipes and I feel confident I could do it myself. I've got a filling loop with two check valves and a few spare tee compression fittings. Is it legal or is it gotta be done by a qualified plumber?

regards,
Simon

No it's not illegal to do, make sure the check valve goes on the water main side.

thanks for a quick reply. I think I will fit a pressure gauge too because my 30ci plus glowworm's digital gauge is not very accurate. Thanks again.
