i have a utility room downstairs and am looking to fit a downstairs toilet, my questiin is

i have a drain in the garden that the sink and washing machine waste go to, The opening to the drain is easilt accessible and has a small grate 5" by 5". can i plumb the toilet waste straight into this?

have you contacted building control at your local council? and no you have to plumb the waste in properly.
 
Plant some Roses there & your'll win gardens in bloom.......
