Hi - my boiler starts to drip out of the bottom right corner (when facing it) when the heating and hot water are on. It drips a little when just one is on, but with both going, it drips quite quickly.

I opened it up and saw there is water dripping from the heat exchanger - bottom right.

Picture attached.

Please advise? Want to know what to tell my plumber before I get him out

Many thanks.

The only advice you need is don't open a boiler case if you are not a gas safe engineer

As above. The door forms a seal you shouldn't be taking it off. Get a gas safe engineer in

main thing to tell the gas technician is, my boiler is leaking somewhere, the rest is down to them

please don't mess with what you don't know about, leave it to your gas engineer
