I have a new mixer tap with 30cm flexitails which are too short but wondered if i can connect another flexihose to it and if so what connections would be required, I was told that a coupler might be required to connect them together any advice on this would be appreciated.

Did the old tap connect to service valves? If they did and your new flexi's are too short you will need a short length of copper and a compression to male adapter.

If the new fitting is like the bottom one now you will need a sort length of copper and a nut and olive to join the two
