I know it's a bit of a vague question and unfortuantely I don't know much more, but has anyone any idea of a typical flow rate through 28mm copper carrying mains water at a good pressure. The run is about 30m.
 
Assuming a pressure of 1.5bar I'd say roughly 153 lpm...
