Sorry for the bland topic heading

The problem is a little more in depth, basically my electric shower has went much colder, even at full temperature setting it is luke warm, now normally id think the heating element has gone or close to it, but when i run the bathroom taps or flush the bathroom toilet it heats back up again by a good bit

Now here's the strange part, the shower if memory serves me right is fed from a tank in the loft, but nothing else is, so im wondering just how flushes a mains connected toilet or running a mains connected tap can affect a tank fed shower, i'll be honest and say i havent a clue about plumbing im just going on what i remember when i got the shower fitted

I hope ive made some sense lol, any ideas folks?
