just got my anton V2 analizer the 2 croc clips for checking flow and return temps can they also be used to check the hot water temp and cold for when comissioning a combi.

don't see why not
all they do is sense the temperature of the pipe and so give an indication of the temperature within.

i dont think they were designed for that test, i would recommend purchasing one to add to you kit.HTH
