Hi,
My home has an extended flue from the boiler in the kitchen out to an external wall. It's about a metre and a half long and is boxed in below the ceiling and next to the wall. I know the corgi regulations now advise that such a flue should be visible enough for inspection. Mine isn't. Legally, do I have to ensure that the flue is visible, or does this only apply to new installations?
Thanks for any advice

the flue does not have to be 'visible' it needs to be able to be inspected along its length. this can involve fitting inspection panels at relevant intervals such as every joint and bend etc.
