I’m going to be moving a Vokera Unica i32 on Monday.
I had a quick look at the building while driving past and it looks like the steel gas service pipe running externally to the flat above is where the flue would come out so I’ll have to re direct it a bit.
I was looking at BS 5440 and can’t see termination clearances for that in the list.
Can anyone point me in the direction of where it states this ?

TBH 25-50mm is good enough what you don’t want is it below the flue really
