how would you classified horizontal flue on boiler fitted in the loft ,so the flue comes out on the pitch roof !!!

went to sort out a gas leak ,then asked to just pop in to see boiler as leak was out said the house !
The customer needs filling kit change on his w Bosch,so need to go back next week !
What would you guys do???

dont see the issue,whats wrong with a boiler in a atic with the flue going vertical? or are you asking for the definition on whats required?
 
my bad,it's horizontal flue on boiler fitted 5 years ago and flue is out to the pitch roof !!!

There are minimum distances it has to be isn't there? Have a look in your ACS stuff, it's in there I'm sure.
 
being horizontal flue ,but actually is gaing said way on the pitch roof

and there is window about 1.5 meter to its left

do you mean the flue is terminating horizontally on a pitched roof and not going out vertical? as in "A-" where A is the pitched roof and the hyphen is the flue coming out the tiles horizontal instead of vertical??? why dont i know how to post drawings lol it would save confusion.

yes as boiler on loft with flue terminating horizontally on a pitch roof,spoke to gas safe and gas bord and DID REPORT IT !!AS AT RISK !!!
 
i can never see pics always says not allowed,dont have permissoin
 
I think is cos moderators has not approved it,it always happens to me when I upload any ,so unpleasant !!!
