All cold outlets for a customer are off the mains. There is no CWSC. I think there is air trapped as sometimes when they run the water there is a droning sound like water hammer. It sometimes happens when they flush the loo but the float valve is fairly new so I'm loath to replace that at the moment. It invariably happens after they have been away for a few days - hence my thoughts about air gathering in the system. How do I flush out the air from the pipes bearing in mind that if I attach a hose to two C/W taps the pressure will be the same from both and so won't be effective? Thanks.
