Hi there,

I was just wondering if there is any way on earth to increase the flow of the hot from a fortic cylinder? The cylinder is in a flat and built up onto a plinth so I would guess at the head onto the bath taps to be about a metre. Is there a pump out there that would increase the flow without draining the cylinder.

Normally no,you can get fortic cylinders with bigger tanks now ,that can take pumps but unlikely you have one of those
A fortic cylinder was fitted probably as a cheap and cheerful solution to provide basic hot water and that is probably what you have
