Been out to loads of these last week but unsure how much to invoice agent for. What are you guys charging for this?

Standard charges, charged a bit more Saturday as it was my day off; had to call my mucka in and go and replace loads of outside taps!

Depends locally and a good customer 20-40

Far away eg 20+ miles 80

Bad customer 80

And yes charge to reconnect and adjust if not to spec

One thing that has annoyed me is, I have advised at least 10 customers how to sort it themselves. Some are friends, some I don’t know.
All must be sorted, as I’ve not had one ring, or text to say it ok now. Or just a thanks!

Dont go back for free unless you charged enough first time to cover both visits and materials

Is there a Technical bulletin covering air breaks, condensate regs etc?
I think I need to refresh my memmory @ShaunCorbs

I will not charge to couple back together but will charge to upgrade. I have also advised customers over the phone (the ones I couldn’t get to) I bet I get a call back when they need something else doing.

Anybody fitted a Worcester Condensure, that it was quite a good idea in principle.

Yea very good that hasn't frozen yet

Ive been fitting trace heat to fridge plant for nearly 30 years operating at -25 and have never had a problem with drain lines freezing. The same with all of my installs
