Frustrated ..No hot water !!!!!!!!!

Morning chaps....This is my first post so excuse my ignorance.........
I have a Britony combi se (dont laugh) it was installed in my house when I bought it.
Anyway....I m getting no responce from the boiler when I open the hot tap....
the CH is fine....With my very limited knowledge and from what Ive read I think it may be the flow switch...
Im gonna have to have a crack at this myself as money s tight at the moment so Id like to make sure Im getting the correct part......

LOL - But seriously, don't meddle with things you don't understand....especially when the consequences are so serious.

Call a professional. Even if you have to stick it on a credit card. Please don't take the risk.

Got a boiler engineer to come and mend it and after getting two different parts neither of which worked.....now says we need a new boiler....It also leaks now....
This is why I prefer to sort jobs out myself 150 quid and further away than i was before...TOSSER

What was it then, a broken heat exchanger? Is that where it is now dripping from?

Seems like you were unlucky with the boiler engineer and possibly got a bad egg.

Most boilers can be repaired if you're willing to spend the money.
