I've had a Stuart Turner showermate pump pack up on a custmer after 3 months. Always install Stuart Turner as thought they were reputable. Called their line to get an engineer out and get it replaced to my dissapointment the guy seemingly tried to fob me off saying Showermate warranty doesnt include their engineers. I was certain this was a lie as aboslutely nowhere does it state Showermate has any sort of different warranty to Monsoon. Well I've emailed support with this exact question and lo and behold this is the response I got:

Most pumps / electronics are the same mate only cover the item and not the labour same as taps and showers etc that’s why you put your x percentage on to cover warranty / return / profit
