I'm Getting my unvented ticket with my lvl3 and gas, just waiting on certificates, but I haven't really worked on much if any unvented systems, although I know the basic principles and rules, my confidence is lacking, are there any decent books or courses that might help boost my confidence as at the moment I would be nervous installing or servicing one

Thanks

Just print of the installation instructions from any supplier of unvented. All in there. Which is really annoying when you see one installed really poorly.

They will seem to be a bit complicated, but they are very easy , study and try remember the drawing showing prv , check valve , expansion connection etc etc.
one thing what will help is actually read the g3 document, its not as long and complicated as you might think.

that's worrying, what did you forget to do ? :):):)

That was with training!
I'm just quick. I did the 3 exams in about 15 minutes. First exam 28 questions he said 'right you've got an hour'. Literally about 4 mins later I handed it in and got 100%. Same for the other 2 and then the practical we just whizzed through because he said quite frankly he had no worries about me at all.
I was the only one doing it which helped. I set the ACS speed record there when I did it too. Finished all the exams before some people were on the third!
