Hi been to a job were they want a kitchin sink ,basin and shower there is no hot water in the property at the moment and no boiler so they asked about a Galaxy powerstream instant water heater. Problem is the kitchin sink is about 15m from bathroom and not sure if it will work? Water heater to go under sink so how far away can I go or does any body have any ideas?

Never used a Galaxy powerstream but I have used a few Redring powerstreams in the past. I used to fit them in petrol stations.
They can feed a sink and a basin at most and worked well in the situations i used them as there was not really much chance of 2 taps being run at the same time.
It would not be really suitable for what you intend tho. You would be better with a small direct unvented fitted somewhere central.
