Garden Tap. No Cold Water to work from?

I have just been to a house, they want a garden tap put in the back garden (turns out they want it for a Hot Tub).

When in the house the kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet are all on the opposite side of the house to the back.

Im not sure what i can do,

what would you guys do?

Either run a cold feed through the house to feed an outside tap or put an outside tap on the kitchen wall and get them to buy a long hosepipe.

Or dig a trench down the side of the house

Has it a cold water tank in the roof ? If so drop a pipe though the soffett

good idea! im not sure if they have an indirect system.
