I like the terminology of stick and McDonald's lol.

Bit of a joke really, should be explaining to folk to read and follow instructions
 
Have a look at ultimate handyman they give advice on fixing boilers etc and tbh you can find all the info you want just by looking and the problem is the cus can buy gas parts, stop them buying the gas appliance parts and you would cut most of it out (self fixing/repair)

Well would make it much harder for them to get parts ? If that's what your on about and no different then him doing trade only no public
