Hi guys,

Wondering if anyone could provide a little bit of advice. Here goes...

I have recently purchased a small one-bedroom flat in Edinburgh and currently the only heating in the property is electric storage heaters. In order to get hot water there is an immersion system, Quartz E7, which I'm finding not to be great.

Could anyone recommend a boiler that is reliable and that would be sufficient to heat a one bedroom flat (sitting room, small kitchen, small bathroom, and bedroom).

And could you recommend any companies to install a heating system?!Wanting to get this done before winter sets in

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Guys

Adam

There are a few sweaty socks on forum. 24 or if u want a decent shower 29kw. Don't fit trvs as will make system very noisy and make sure I get a smart stat . One that calculates how long it takes to heat up and cool down. With a small space over heating may be a regular issue. Keep the flow temp on rads low (below 63c). I recommend Myson mptrf as it's smart start is good.

Congrats on the new home
