General discussion if you dont mind, Where do you get your gas appliance spares ? We all have favorite suppliers but what about spare parts?

I either use my local inderpendent dealers or keep the heat on (internet) for the stuff they don't have in stock

Local parts place which is usually cheaper than the Parts Center for some reason

its the time versus price.

Iternet and postage versus local supplier and collection. How often do you find the local supplier has the bit you need there and then or do they contact keep the heat on too lol

there generally excellent with stock, sometimes a pound or to more on parts but delivery is top notch as well

never bought off the net as never trusted weather they will work plus the waiting and having to go to the job twice

i dont order on the net either ,with g.a.s i ring them up,we get trade compared to there retail prices

I goto Ipswich Heating Spares as they normally have everything on the shelf unlike my usual merchants

time and temperature at some plumbase stores are good. Not such a big stock on shelf but get stuff in next day and all ways way cheaper than partcenter and usually internet as well
