Just wondering if anyone on here has read through it; what are your thoughts on the review?

as i take it, it reads for people entering the gas industry....and maintaining qualifications and skills, by this it will be the 5yearly re-tests etc.....(core qualifications).
for example, APL - this is a learning package, whereby you build up a portfolio of gas experience, ie working along side a Gas Safe reg. engineer. If entering the Gas industry from a different route.
