Went to install a new gas cooker on the way home this afternoon, Kenwood all gas 90cm range cooker.
Why do the makers put a male connection on the back of the cookers? Is it just to wind me up when I have not got a 1/2 inch female coupler on the van? or is there another valid reason? Do the designers ever install one of there designs?
Just checked the BES catalogue all there gas hoses have a male end.
Has anyone seen a cooker hose with a female end? Do they use them abroard?
While having a rant, why a full width single grill on a domestic cooker not very efficient for one slice of cheese on toast.
Rant over, will find a coupler over the weekend and return on Monday.
David.
