Hi. I've just moved into a house with a gas cooker already in there. However I can't figure out what connector I need to connect the gas hose to the cooker. Please see the picture attached.

Does anyone have any ideas what I need to make the connection?

you need a gsr technician to do it safetly and comply with the gas regulations!
