I'm glad you want to learn Gas, but how exactly do you want us to help?

Sorry I see that was s bit vague ! I'm looking at doing a so called intensive course, it has a guaranteed placement to get my portfolio completed. I have also completed the city and guilds 6128 heat and vent course which I wanted to complete to McQueen level but the collage messed us around to much to complete. So as you can see I need to get things sorted as my career change plans are taking longer than they should ! :)

The good thing is that you are guaranteed to complete your portfolio.
Regardless of how long it takes, you need to start looking for someone to work with who can assist you 'in the real world'. No amount of training can prepare you for what you will encounter once you start working on gas appliances.

Good luck and all the best
