What I am looking for is Gas Engineers in the area to take on all sorts of gas and plumbing related repairs and the occasional Boiler or Gas Fire swap.


I run a team of Gas Safety Inspectors carrying out CP12 inspections every day, and we are generating repairs that we don’t have time to do.

Hopefully that is where you come in.

There is no set rate for the job, you go to a property, tell me how much you want, and if the Agent/Landlord is willing to pay us, we do the work. Or, we will have identified the problem, I can describe the job to you and you can give me a price over the phone. I won’t send you all over the place to price up work unless we are going to get something out of it.

I’ll pay you within 14 days of your invoice.

I can’t promise to keep you busy, but I can probably fill a couple of slots in your diary each week.

All I ask is that you carry out the work to good professional standards and are courteous to our Clients.
