Gas engineer software glitches

Anybody else having problems with it?

Just tried to convert a quote to invoice as I have loads of times and its deleted everything on the quote!

I've had numerous times I cant open up invoices and it seems to lose things from time to time.

Getting pretty fed up with it at the moment.
