Anybody use it? I am trying it out at the moment and like it but is there a way of sending certs and invoice in the same email instead of having to send 3 emails for 1 oil service?

Yes. You click "Approve and email", then when you get the actual email on screen, instead of clicking "Send", you click "Cancel".

The History tab will show "Email NOT sent"

Then you do the same for any warning notices.

Finally, do your invoice, and when you click "Approve and email", ALL the attachments will be appended to that email. Then send.

As above its all good. A few quitks with it but overall good.
Ive been on a few times asking them to allow me to enter a ZERO value on the invoice - it wont let you and a pain in the arse when you have just charged a fixed overall price, but also want to individualise work done...

Can someone else message them for the same request

As above its good, can't send estimate only quotes, few other quirks but apart from that all good

Ive asked for estimate. That pees me off as i have explained to them inhave to scribble it out
