That's only one open flue isn't it? This is room sealed ?? To be honest I'm not sure what that is?? Will look into that??
Also have pipe sizing chart on the installs,

There's a lot of duplication in there and it looks very untidy to me.

I would be looking for something along the lines of :-

BOILER INSTALLATION AND SERVICE RECORD.

Make and model of boiler

Visual condition of boiler Pass/Fail

Notes.

Visual Condition of pipework Pass/Fail

Notes.

Condition of meter Pass/fail

Notes.

Main equipotential bonding Pass/Fail

Notes.

Let By Test Test Pressure mb Pass/Fail

Notes.

etc. and in the notes state why the appliance has passed or failed that particular test and possibly the method of testing where necessary.

You need to make it easy for the assessor to pass your portfolio and see that you understand what you have been doing.

I said no flue flow, BECAUSE you had done spillage, they go together, yes on open flued only, but you started it haha

Get a copy of a Landlords Safety Check and an installation checklist (benchmark etc) this will give you an idea of what you should be doing
