I would say get a GSR engineer in.
You have already done far too much.

In that case izzy I appologise.
Is it a manual or electronic ignition?

Will it light ok if you take a lighter to the pilot ie: is it spark or gas flow?

If it is manual and lights with a match or lighter. Check the insulation on the lead from the piezo. A lot of times it will be just shorting against the fire somewhere (ie not getting to the spark electrode).

The sparked could be broke
