Gas fire works then stops?

Hi Guys, just had a call from a customer phone and they have said that there gas fire stays ignited for a few minutes then goes out?
I dont usually get involved with gas fires but i am qualified for gas fires. Do you think its probably the thermo couple? Are there any other common problems with fires?

Its an app you can use to post and read the forum on an Iphone/Ipad etc..

If I'm on my ipad I prefer to use safari, it's a bit small on iPhone so I use tapatalk. It's easier to add pics on tapatalk aswell
