Gas Hob Problem-Thermocouple or gas flow?

My Smeg Gas hob has a large central burner which cuts out at low flame,Thermocouple has been replaced recently.
Could it be the wrong thermocouple or another issue causing the cut out?

Another issue, get a Gas Safe Registered engineer to have a look
